Individual Online Coaching – Follow Up – Community Support
What I bring to our consulting sessions: 25+ years of piano teaching, 10 years experience founding, owning, & managing a commercial music studio with 18 employees, a doctorate in piano pedagogy, and the skill of balancing work/life as a mom of two teens. Let’s work together.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Before our first coaching session, you’ll be sent a thorough questionnaire, so that I can get to know all about your current business and goals. During the 1:1 zoom online coaching session, we’ll work together through your situations and come up with several different solutions. You can schedule individual coaching sessions in any increments, from once per week to once per month or once per quarter. Topics can include starting or growing your business, streamlining systems, hiring a team, piano pedagogy, and more…..
FOLLOWUP
After each coaching session, you’ll receive follow up documents for me – giving you concrete action steps to take for each aspect of your business. This could include fleshing out ideas, implementing systems, the hiring process, branding, pedagogical solutions, etc. It’s as individual as you are!
COMMUNITY SUPPORT
Working with me includes membership in a community forum with other like-minded business entrepreneurs who are also working towards their own goals. Swap ideas, share stories, and touch base with me between sessions. There’s strength in numbers.

Music studio consulting is my speciality, and I also work with entrepreneurs in other fields as well, especially women entrepreneurs!
